Terms & Conditions
We want everyone visiting Windsor Soft Play to have a brilliant time. These rules help us keep the soft play clean, safe and enjoyable for children, parents and carers.
Please read them before your visit. By booking and using Windsor Soft Play, you agree to follow these conditions and any instructions given by our team.
A couple of particularly important rules
These help us keep the play equipment clean, hygienic and ready for everyone to enjoy.
NO SAND BEFORE SOFT PLAY
If your child visits Pirate Park before their session, please do not let them play in the sand. Children who have been playing in the sand may not be allowed into the soft play because sand is carried in on clothes and socks and can damage the equipment.
Visiting with a dog?
Dogs are welcome in Woody's Café, but dogs are not permitted in the room where Windsor Soft Play is located.
Safe play starts with all of us
Tap each section below to read the relevant rules.
1. Parents, carers & supervision
Parents, guardians and carers are responsible for the control, care, behaviour and supervision of the child or children in their care throughout their visit.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Parents and guardians must remain on the premises while their child is using Windsor Soft Play.
- Children must never be left at Windsor Soft Play while their parent or responsible adult leaves the building.
- Parents and guardians should know where their child is at all times and provide a level of supervision appropriate to their child's age and abilities.
- Windsor Soft Play staff help maintain the play equipment and environment, but they are not a replacement for parental or guardian supervision.
2. Age limits & use of the play area
Windsor Soft Play is designed for babies, toddlers and children aged 5 and under.
- Children should only use equipment suitable for their age and ability.
- Parents and guardians know their child's capabilities best and should make sure they are using the equipment safely.

- Climbing on netted walls, outside surfaces or the structure of the play system is not permitted.

- No food, drinks or chewing gum may be taken onto the soft play equipment.
- Food should only be consumed in the appropriate café or seating areas.
- If food or drink is dropped or spilled, please let a member of staff know so it can be cleaned promptly.
5. Pirate Park & the sand area
Clewer Memorial Recreation Ground's children's play area, commonly known as Pirate Park, includes a sand area.
If your child is visiting Pirate Park before their Windsor Soft Play session, please do not let them play in the sand first.
Sand is easily carried into the soft play on clothing and socks and can damage the equipment. Children who have been playing in the sand may therefore be refused entry to the soft play.

Dogs are welcome in Woody's Café.
However, dogs are not allowed in the room containing Windsor Soft Play.
Please make suitable arrangements for your dog before entering the soft play room with your child.

Children who are unwell should not use Windsor Soft Play.
If your child becomes unwell during a session, please stop play and speak to a member of staff.
9. Behaviour
We want Windsor Soft Play to be enjoyable for everyone.
- Fighting, bullying, deliberately dangerous behaviour or behaviour that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.
- Please report behavioural concerns to a member of staff rather than attempting to intervene with another family's child yourself.
- Windsor Soft Play reserves the right to ask a child or adult to leave where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission where appropriate.
10. Accidents, injuries & damage
- All accidents and injuries must be reported to a member of staff as soon as possible.
