What ages is Windsor Soft Play suitable for?
Windsor Soft Play is designed for babies, toddlers and young children up to and including the age of 5.
What are your opening hours and session times?
Our sessions generally start from 9.30am. Available times can vary, so please check our live booking page to see the sessions available on the day you'd like to visit.
How long does each soft play session last?
Each Windsor Soft Play session lasts for 1 hour (60 minutes).
How do I book a soft play session?
Sessions can be booked online through our online booking page. Simply choose the date and time you'd like and select the number of children attending.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
No. Food and drink must be purchased from Woody's Café. Please don't bring food or drink from outside. Food is also not permitted inside the soft play equipment.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available at Clewer Memorial Recreation Ground, subject to spaces being available when you arrive.
Do children need to wear socks?
Yes. All children must wear socks while using Windsor Soft Play, so please remember to bring a pair with you.
Can we visit Pirate Park before our soft play session?
Absolutely, but please do not use the sand area before coming into Windsor Soft Play. Sand gets carried in on children's clothes and socks and can damage the soft play equipment.
Can we have a birthday party at Windsor Soft Play?
Yes! We offer parties including exclusive use of Windsor Soft Play for up to 30 children.

How much does a Windsor Soft Play party cost?
Exclusive soft play hire is available from £250 for up to 30 children. This includes 1½ hours of soft play, 30 minutes for food and an additional 30 minutes of set-up time.
Food packages are available from £5 per child. A £50 non-refundable cash deposit is required to secure your party date.
What if we only want a small birthday celebration?
You don't necessarily need to hire the whole soft play. For a smaller celebration, you can book the required number of children into a normal session and speak to us about arranging food.
